HOW DO WE DELIVER YOUR GOODS

We deliver via a selected freight company depending on your location. You will be charged by the freight company for the package upon arrival.

SHIPPING POLICY

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will make every effort to deliver parcels as quickly as possible, however we are unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery. Orders are sent with Australia Post.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Frank’s Fixed Awnings (FFA) if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we may not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

RETURNS

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date and let us know your intention to exchange/refund by emailing hello@franksfixedawnings.com.au. Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost.

Please note that any returned items that have been damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. We allow for only one free exchange, any exchanges thereafter will incur delivery costs.

Frank’s Fixed Awnings abides by the NSW Fair Trading laws governing consumer rights and trader responsibilities.
